21. Feeding the monkeys

Families of monkeys come out of the dense forest surrounding the moat of Angkor Wat and check whether there is any food to be had. It is common that people from around here spend the early evening hours at this romantic site, eating, chatting and drinking with friends, family and loved ones.

I bought two hands of small and ripe bananas (they really don't like green bananas at all!) on the market and Vanak drove me to the moat.

The world's best place when you are a monkey baby.
